We are Rancho Bernardo’s only studio completely dedicated to study and practice of Yoga. We offer a variety of Adult Classes in the Classical Hatha and Vinyasa styles.

RB Yoga is committed to providing the local community a safe and friendly place to practice Yoga. Yoga is a practice that makes us not only physically and mentally stronger and more flexible but also provides us with tools to negotiate our daily lives in more skillful, wise ways.

Beginners are welcome! One needs not be physically flexible to practice Yoga, instead the intention is to work with sustained courage and balanced action within each pose in a way that honors the body and focuses the mind. Classical or Hatha Level 1 recommended for beginners.
